Grizzlies sign Quinten Post to multiyear deal

On Wednesday, the Memphis Grizzlies announced that the team signed restricted free agent center Quinten Post.

According to ESPN’s Shams Charania, it’s a three-year, $30 million offer deal with the Grizzlies.

The Warriors had an opportunity to match, but they did not, and now Post is a member of the Memphis Grizzlies.

Last season, the 7-0 center averaged 7.7 points and 4.0 rebounds in 67 games with Golden State.

Post has appeared in 109 games (49 starts) in two seasons with the Golden State Warriors and has averaged 7.8 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 16.9 minutes while shooting 44.3 percent from the field and 36.4 percent from 3-point range. He also competed in 12 playoff games (two starts) with the Warriors in 2025.

A native of Amsterdam, Netherlands, the 26-year-old Post was selected by Golden State with the 52nd overall pick of the 2024 NBA Draft.

Post gives the Grizzlies more size to go along with Zach Edey and Isaiah Stewart.
