Report: Mayweather planning a two-fight comeback

Rumors are swirling about Floyd Mayweather(50-0, 27 KOs) returning to the sport of boxing. Recently, Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao were seen together in Japan discussing a possible fight in December, which would be a rematch of their battle in 2015. A fight Mayweather won by unanimous decision.

According to TMZ Sports,  the 41-year-old Mayweather is planning a two-fight comeback.

Before fighting Pacquiao, Mayweather is looking to fight in Japan, and he is not just looking at boxers; he’s also checking out kick boxers and MMA fighters, according to the report.

A rematch with UFC star Conor McGregor was not mentioned, according to the report.

No word on when any of these fights would take place.

Who knows if this will happen, but maybe Mayweather is trying to get as much money as he can before he gets too old.  The public will buy Mayweather-Pacquiao. Regarding Mayweather and anybody not named Conor McGregor or Pacquiao, I’m not sure how well that sells.
