On Friday, the National Football League announced that the 2026 NFL Schedule will be released on Thursday, May 14, at 8 p.m. ET.
Ahead of the full 2026 schedule’s release on May 14, the league’s broadcast partners will announce select games next week.
The NFL will announce its remaining 2026 International Games on Wednesday, May 13, at 9 a.m. ET on Good Morning Football on NFL Network. This season, a record nine international contests will be played across four continents, seven countries, and eight stadiums.

The 2026 NFL season begins on Wednesday, September 9, in Seattle with the Super Bowl LX champion Seahawks.
Due to the time difference, the San Francisco 49ers will face the Los Angeles Rams in the first-ever NFL regular-season game in Melbourne, Australia, on Thursday, September 10.
