Eddie Hearn believes Danny Jacobs beats Canelo Alvarez(VIDEO)

The middleweight division is exciting right now. Unified middleweight champion Canelo Alvarez is the biggest name. Gennady Golovkin, who many believe beat Alvarez in both of their fights, is still viable; WBO middleweight champion Demetrius Andrade is very skilled, and IBF middleweight champion Danny Jacobs is a tough night for anybody at 160.

Alvarez and Andrade are both fighting exclusively on DAZN; Jacobs and Golovkin are both television free agents. Jacobs is with Eddie Hearn’s Matchroom Boxing, and according to Hearn, the fight he would like to see is Canelo vs. Jacobs. If the fight were to happen, Hearn believes Jacobs would get the nod.

Alvarez will move up to 168 to battle WBA  Rocky Fielding on December 15 at MSG.

Hearn addressed the state of the middleweight division, and his desire to see Jacobs fight Alvarez.
