Floyd Mayweather knows what it’s like to get into the ring with Canelo Alvarez. Mayweather dominated Canelo in their fight back in 2013. Today, Mayweather gave his take on the Canelo Alvarez-Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. fight, which takes place Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV.
“Canelo has more experience at big fights, but Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., he comes from a fighting family. He has a lot of fights under his belt, but not as much experience as Canelo,” Mayweather told Stephen A. Smith.
Mayweather would give his prediction on the fight:
“I’m leaning toward Canelo late round knockout.”
