The Atlanta Dream will have room for more fans in the building to support them during the WNBA Finals.
The team announced Tuesday that Games 3 and 4 of the WNBA Finals between the Dream and Golden State Valkyries will be played at State Farm Arena.
Game 3 will be Wednesday, October 21, at 8 p.m.
Game 4 will be Saturday, October 24, at 1 p.m. as part of a basketball doubleheader, with the Hawks taking on the Houston Rockets later that day in their 2026-27 regular-season home opener.
The games were originally scheduled for the much smaller Gateway Center Arena.
“Relocating Games 3 and 4 of the WNBA Finals from Gateway Center Arena to State Farm Arena was a complex undertaking that required extraordinary collaboration to navigate numerous challenges in a short time period,” said the Hawks and the Dream in a statement. “The Dream is grateful to the Golden State Valkyries, the Hawks, the NBA, the WNBA, and both leagues’ broadcast partners. Without their focus and flexibility, this would not have happened.
“Ensuring that Games 3 and 4 of the Finals will be played at State Farm Arena is an important moment for the Dream’s players, fans, the organization, and the city of Atlanta, and is a testament to the extraordinary momentum of the team, women’s basketball, and the growing impact of women’s sports.”
Game 1 between the Dream and Valkyries takes place on Saturday night at the Chase Center.
