On Monday, the Cleveland Cavaliers released a status update on Craig Porter Jr., Jarrett Allen, and Tyrese Proctor.
Porter Jr. injured his left groin on March 13 against the Mavericks. According to the team, an MRI confirmed a left groin strain. He has begun treatment and is expected to miss approximately 1–3 weeks.
Allen will be listed as out for the Cavaliers’ upcoming three-game road trip with right knee tendonitis, which he sustained during the second half of Cleveland’s March 3 game against Detroit. Allen has missed the last five games with the injury. According to the Cavs, he will continue treatment and rehabilitation, and his return to play will be updated as appropriate.
Proctor, who missed the last five games with a right quad strain, will miss the Cavaliers’ upcoming three-game road trip. He will continue treatment and rehabilitation. According to the team, his return to play will be updated as appropriate.
Cleveland will begin a three-game road trip in Milwaukee against the Bucks on Tuesday night.
