Wizards’ Coulibaly to miss rest of season with wrist injury

The season is over for Washington Wizards rookie guard Bilal Coulibaly.

The 19-year-old will miss the remainder of the regular season after being diagnosed with a right wrist fracture.

The injury was suffered when the Frenchman fell during the team’s game on March 16 against the Bulls.

Coulibaly, the seventh overall pick in this year’s draft, averaged 8.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per contest.

He had a decent rookie season and is a building block for the Wizards going forward.

Washington (11-57), who was routed by the Celtics 130-104 on Sunday night, will host the Houston Rockets on Tuesday night.
