Eagles, Ravens, Cowboys, Lions can clinch playoff spots this weekend

​​As we enter Week 15 of the NFL season, one team clinched, the San Francisco 49ers, who can also win the NFC West this week. A few other teams can join them in the NFC: the Eagles, Cowboys, and Lions.

In the AFC, the Baltimore Ravens can clinch a playoff berth this weekend.
