The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today signed free agent quarterback John Wolford.
Last season, the 27-year-old started three games for the Los Angeles Rams.
In his career, Wolford has appeared in seven games, making four starts and completing 61-of-104 passes for 626 yards and one touchdown. In the 2020 season, Wolford started and won a playoff game for the Rams.
The third-year quarterback entered the league as a college free agent with the New York Jets in 2018 before signing with the Los Angeles Rams in 2019.
Wolford will compete for the backup quarterback position in Tampa Bay next season.
