The Eagles and Howie Roseman have done it again. According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Seahawks are trading DE Michael Bennett and seventh-round pick to Eagles for a fifth-round pick and WR Marcus Johnson.
The deal will not be official until next Wednesday when the NFL’s league year opens.
According to Schefter, the Eagles might be looking to trade DE Vinny Curry after this move.
The 32-year-old Bennett, who led the Seahawks with 8.5 sacks last season, will be added to a defensive line that was one of the best in the league in 2017.
