Former NBA star Gilbert Arenas has never been shy about expressing his opinions, which is a good thing!
When it comes to the Los Angeles Lakers, Arenas believes that rookie Kyle Kuzma is better than second- year player Brandon Ingram.
“Ingram was your future, but Kuzma is better. He’s has a better feel; he plays better,” Arenas told TMZ Sports earlier this week.
Kuzma got his first start last night against the Brooklyn Nets, and did not disappoint. He finished with 21 points and 13 rebounds as the Lakers beat the Nets 124-112 at Staples Center. Both Kuzma and Ingram were in the starting lineup against Brooklyn. Ingram played well, too. He finished with 18 points and 10 rebounds.
Is Kuzma better than Ingram? Maybe, but both can play and grow together. As we saw last night, playing these two together can work.
