Over the years, LeBron James has been outspoken about max contracts in the NBA. LeBron believes, like it is in baseball, that a player should get as much as owners are willing to pay. With that being said, LeBron believes Steph Curry is worth more than what he received from the Warriors.
According to reports, Curry signed a five-year, $201 million dollar deal to stay with Golden State.
James is not wrong. If owners are getting billions, why can’t players get whatever they can negotiate? However, $201 million is still a lot of money! Fortunately for Curry, he won’t be seeing the poor house anytime soon!
