LaVar Ball is at it again. We have seen how Kobe Bryant has helped Celtics’ Isaiah Thomas during these playoffs. Maybe Kobe could do to the same for other young players, including Lonzo Ball. LaVar Ball disagrees. Ball joined Keyshawn, Jorge and LZ Show on ESPN 710 in LA, and gave his thoughts on whether Kobe could help his son:
“I don’t need advice from Kobe Bryant. Zo’s got to play his game.”
Ball went on to say:
“If they’re at practice and he sees something and Lonzo listens to him or whatever, he’s good. … But it’s just not, ‘OK, I’m talking to Kobe, so now I’m going to be good.’ If Kobe sees something that Zo is doing, then go from there. But I’m not trying to pattern after nobody.”
It probably could not hurt Lonzo to take advice from Kobe, but maybe daddy knows best!
