Aaron Hernandez found not guilty of double-murder

A jury in Boston found Aaron Hernandez not guilty of murder in the first-degree on Friday.

Hernandez was accused of killing Daniel de Abreu and Safiro Furtado in a drive-by- shooting back in 2012. According to the prosecution, the two were murdered because one of them spilled a drink on Hernandez in a club.

Already serving a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd, Hernandez was found guilty of unlawful possession of a firearm on Friday, and will serve four to five years for that charge.
