Watch the alternate ending to the Saints-Vikings playoff game

On this glorious Sunday, April 1, 2018, we very fortunate to have two great holidays. We have Easter and April Fools’ Day.

To celebrate April Fools’ Day, Funniest NFL Memes changed the ending of the Saints- Vikings Divisional round playoff game. Instead of the Vikings’ Stefon Diggs running into the end zone for the game-winning touchdown, we had an alternate ending.

Take a look:

Saints fans really wished this ending were true!

Saints’ Alvin Kamara: ‘Everybody still got love for Marcus’

It has been almost three weeks since the Saints lost in improbable fashion to the Vikings in the divisional playoffs. While everybody has been quick to blame Saints S Marcus Williams for the loss, the team has stuck by him, according to their star RB Alvin Kamara.

“It’s football. He’s doing good. If it didn’t happen, it wouldn’t be football. Stuff like that happens,” Kamara told TMZ Sports.  “Marcus(Williams) felt like it was his fault that team lost, but we all reiterated that it’s a team game, it’s a team sport. It’s a culmination(accumulation) of things that led to that lose. Obviously, he was down on himself, but we have a supportive locker room we all picked him up and let him know it’s not just all you.”

“We don’t even have that type of culture in our locker room where we single somebody out. If we lose, we lose as a team. We win, we win as a team. Everybody still got love for Marcus nothing change. He cool. Marcus is cool,” Kamara said.

It may sound cliche, but winning and losing does not come down to one play. However, what Williams did in that situation against the Vikings was inexcusable.

In the end, Williams has talent and should have a bright future.
