The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed defensive lineman Logan Hall, a second-round selection (No. 33 overall) in the 2022 NFL Draft, the team announced Saturday.
Hall (6-6, 283) played four seasons at Houston, appearing in 46 games, recording 99 tackles (20.5 for loss), 8.0 sacks, one forced fumble and two blocked kicks. He earned first-team All-American Athletic Conference honors in his final season with the Cougars in 2021, finishing second in the AAC in sacks (6.5) and leading Houston in tackles for loss (13.5).
In addition, the Buccaneers placed rookie cornerback Don Gardner(undisclosed) and second-year guard Sadarius Hutcherson on the Active/Physically Unable to Perform list. Hutcherson suffered a torn ACL last August and missed the 2021 season.
