Former Notre Dame QB DeShone Kizer is a very confident guy. Here is what Kizer told USA Today:
“Imagine taking Brady’s intellect and Brady’s preparation and putting it on a guy with Cam Newton’s body. Why can’t I be the greatest? The only thing stopping me from is me. That’s what’s driving me now.”
Obviously, Kizer believes he is the total package. We’ll see if the NFL thinks the same way come draft day. ESPN’s Mel Kiper has Kizer going in the third round.
The NFL announced today the 22 players that will be in the green room at the NFL Draft.
The draft will be April 27-29 in Philadelphia.
