Boozer on Lakers: ‘They need more help to beat the Warriors'(Video)

The Los Angeles Lakers are in a good spot right now. With the addition of LeBron James, Los Angeles should be able to make some noise in the Western Conference.

While the Lakers may have missed out on Kawhi Leonard(traded to Raptors), for now, they still are a team with decent young talent in Brandon Ingram, Kyle Kuzma, and Lonzo Ball. Also, they added veterans Lance Stephenson, JaVale McGee and Rajon Rondo to the mix.

Former NBA player Carlos Boozer does believe Los Angeles will need more help to beat the Warriors, but he likes the direction the team is going in.

“I love Kuzma. I think Kuzma is a star. I think he will be a potential All-Star soon,” Boozer recently said. “I like the addition of Rondo; that’s a great pickup for them, but they need more help to beat the Warriors.”

For the Lakers, this is a process. After signing a four-year deal with the team, LeBron James is committed to this organization. It’s almost similar to what happened in James’ first year back in Cleveland. He knew that the team might not win a title right away, but they continued to add, and eventually, they would win a title in Cleveland the following year.
